Potter’s Clay by Paul Fowler
series - Sharon Hansen
A fascinating piece for the advanced women’s choir. The text by Naomi C. Rose was inspired by Tibetan culture; the potter’s clay is likened to the life as it changes day to day. The piece opens with the intonation of a mantra, the latter becoming the thread that dramatically ties the piece together.
