Mary Ellen
Loose
Mary Ellen Loose wrote the accompaniments for these pieces. Composer, arranger and professional accompanist, she studied Piano Performance at Brigham Young University. She has studied piano with Dr. Leo Podolsky and Judith Sandoval-Ferg. A member of ASCAP, she has had numerous choral and piano works published and recorded. As an accompanist, she has played for countless festivals, concerts and programs throughout the western United States. She is currently on the Music Faculties of Chandler-Gilbert Community College (Chandler, AZ) and Heritage Academy (Mesa, AZ) where she accompanies, teaches private piano students and music theory. She has maintained a private piano studio for over thirty years and is a member of the Music Teachers National Association. Mary Ellen resides in Mesa, AZ with her four children and three grandchildren. She enjoys running, weightlifting and spending time with her grandchildren.
